Sony Ericsson Complaint No. Ref 79133088 My initial complaint was via telephone in October 2007 regarding a defective bluetooth not covered under Cingular/ATT. The phone itself had to be replaced a minimum of 5 times by ATT for various reasons including automatic turn-offs and blank screen. As I had purchased the equipment online, I cut and paste the purchase and shipping orders to Sony Sony Ericsson Rep wanted the same information to be scanned. As I did not have initial access to scanner, it was scanned in December. Now the excuse is that I notified them out of the warranty period, when in actuality, the complaint commenced well before the end of the warranty period of one year. The customer service rep will not acknowledge that the attachments and the cut and paste are identical. Copies of the emails and notes regarding conversations supplied upon request.
