The following problems are mentioned in the job sheet
1. Poor battery backup.
2. Speaker problem.
3. Instrument gets hot.
I presented the instument on for repair(warranty period) but even afer 3 weeks they have not repaired the peice or given areplacement. When I call them they reply its not repairable and I will get a replacement call me next week to check the status, its happening from past three weeks and I get the same reply call me tomorow/next week.
I have visited Nokia care several time but there is no proper response, they ask me to call and check. Its really frustrating when they say they are out of stock when they have put up 100s of Nokia 6300 for sale in their Nokia outlets.
They say nokia connect people but they cant even connect my phone properly how will they connect millions.
