well I had taken a consumer durable Loan under account No. 11427378 on 16 March for a 32 inches LCD from VIDEOCON. Citifinancial has at the time of giving loan kept the original Invoice with them stating this is a standard policy and the same shall be given at the end of the loan agreement, I had given an ECS debit instruction for canara bank which for unknown reasons was not executed and i was paying EMI in cash each month, i was fed-up and wanted to pre-close the same i was told i can only do it after 6 months, i completed 6 months went to the citifinancial office and foreclosed the Loan by cah payment on 23 NOV i was told that NOC shall be ready in 48 hrs. however today is the 20th day since i closed the loan and am still waiting for the NOC, i was told that the original bill is sent to Delhi and i must call delhi to get it back i have called Delhi and requested them to send the same but am still waiting... there customer care nos. are just pathetic and i have tried 119 times since morning but each time i was told all executives are busy sometimes the call was kept on hold to the extent of 25 min and around 75-80 times it was getting disconnected abruptly the nos. are 1-800-119-949 and 011--39001111...
I have recently developed a product defect in my LCD and need the original bill to claim the warranty... just want to tell all you guys that never go for a loan with CITIFINANCIAL they are the most pathetic in the industry as far as customer care is concerned.......!! for them consumer means nothing...!!
