There was an offer couriered to my house address, which told me about trying out the ponds age miracle cream for just Rs. 199 instead of the market price Rs. 450. A;ll I had to do is log on to onlinedeals.in/ponds and order it. I ordered a pack in the third or fourth week of October. The letter read that I will receive my pack within 7 days. I received my pack only on the 4th of December, after over a month. I was patient during the delay and accepted the pack since I had received a mail from their end explaining the delay.
After I got the pack is when the real problem started. The ponds age miracle was in a bottle and it had the press and pump out mechanism. That mechanism did not function. And on trying to pump out the cream the nozzle itself broke. I immediately mailed them about the same on the 6th of December. But I have not received any response. This is a clear plan to dupe people.
|Solution of your complaint||I want to make sure I get my money back at least if nothing else. The amount may be small but it is a matter of principles here. |
