I purchased Videocon DVD Player /Model Dmv8200 on 06/11/2007.
After a week of purchasing , the Player startred malfunctioning.
I also lodge a complaint with the videocon & the complaint number is : MBV7K13094.
My complaint is not being sorted yet & it has passed 1 month already.
Engineer from videocon visited my place once & he informed that the Motrher board is faulty in my piece & it needs to be replaced. & he also informed that currently the mother board is not available in stock with them.
But from last 1 month I am listening the same reasons.
Kindly do the needfull else I will have to go to the consume foroum.
