This is my email to them, .....



This is in reference to account number, 12103689, / 01142181351.

In regards to above, we had requested for cancellation of the services
and phone by the end of March 2007. The services of airtel were not
used thereafter and the last bill payment was made.

Now we have recieved another bill, Invoice : 449580340, please note the
following

1. The Phone and Internet services were requested for disconnection in
March, and the place of installation was vacated.

2. The number mentioned in the bill is not ours, there has been as usual
mistake by Airtel in the bill, which was brought to your executive
notice, and confirmed.

3. Note this concern number 11408178.

Since the phone was disconnected in march, and all the bills thereof
paid, what is this bill for.

Please mark this, any further phone calls and misbehavior from your
executives, who are calling at my parents house will NOT BE TOLERATED.

Further we request you to resend your earlier mail regarding the same because we were unable to receive due to delivery faliure. We request you to reconsider your decision and give us an opportunity to continue serving you. ActionTill Now the account is not closed, and Airtel has been sending the bills to my place amounting around 25,000/.- of someone else account ( even account on the bill is not mine ) . And, calling at my place threatening of dire consequences. I want to get a legal letter from them, want them to sue me, and i will then respond to them.
