I filed a request to Vodafone Store abt excess payment of my Vodafone bill and requested them to credit it bck to my credit card and i was informed that i would take 7 days to process the request , which whn checked on the 7th day no report was actually registered,
The complaint here is when i was trying to follow Vodafone care nos they only put the customer on hold for almost 45 min and when asked for the manager the phone was disconnected by the agent.
Also re visited the Vodafone Powai shop and instead of apologizing for the mistake of not processing the complaint i was ill treated by the manager telling me that i made a mistake of paying extra and its not their responsibility and instead if expediting the process they have asked me to wait for more 15 days.
|Solution of your complaint||I want the excess amount to be credited back to my account asap as the process is 15 days and i have already waited for 10 days and not happy that i would take another 15 days which is still not guarented. |
|Action||I am losing my excess money which is a huge amount so have to get it resolved. |
