My car met with a minor accident on 18.11.07damaging right side doors(both) breaking the glass panes. I have sent the vehicle to the dealer who is the authorised dealer of Mauthi for damage repairs.There was not at all damage/problem to engine.The vehle was delivered back after about 15 days and they have charged Rs.17900.00(aprox.),. But when received back I noticed that some of the additional complaints regarding painting of patches, cap assy whell center etc was not attended. Additionally another complaint developed the vehicle stops during running, especially when the speed is reduced. This was brought to their notice and aagain collected by them for repair. They have changed the muffler and reportedly tuned up the engine and again billed Rs.1903.00.This time the vehicle was returned on the 3rd day but the cap assy. was not fitted but billed and patchwork painting not done and engine stopping problem not rectified. They were good enough to reduce the amount when reported. They have assured me to send a mechanic for check up.But not send after passage of several days. The distance between me and workshop is approx 50 Kms. Each time my fuel is burnt and I have to pay incidental charges. I face a great problem while long driving and rushy roads for the said reasons. 

Solution of your complaintEither they have removed some parts or their mechanics are not experienced. It seems that the seniors/supervisors also not taking proper care. Solution is sent an experienced mechanic and free repair as enough money has been squeezed. 
ActionTake up the matter with appropriate authority. I have the vouchers and job slip with me. However I have talked to the I/c Workshop and waiting to see whether he fulfils his assurance of deputing a mechanic to my place
