Product/Service DescriptionI tried booking a Mum -Delhi ticket on 7/12/07, the transaction failed. Later i realised that the same has been debited from my credit card account. On keeping me on hold for 30 mins the ezeego representative refused to give a complaint no. and said that i should wait for more time. I dont see any hope. pls advise

On 7/12/07 i tried booking a mum-Delhi flight on ezeego, but the transaction failed on the last step. Later i realised that a debit of Rs.4665 has been debited to my Credit card. It has been 12 days and no refund yet. spoke to ezeego customer care for 30 mins and they refused to even give me a refrence no. I do not have any clue as to where to go. Pls advise.
