Hi,
i purchased USB modem on 8th Dec 2007. executives ( shud i call them executives?) working in Kothrud office told me that i will get activated devide in 5 working days. whatever documents they told me to submit, i did. Still I am waiting for the device. whenever i ask for the status, they simply avoid. Nobody knows whats going on. They told me to submit another document ( home agreement) after 8 days. i did the same. Still nothing is happening. verifcation is completed. but nobody seem to bother about giving me status.
people whom i am corresponding with, are careless. They ask my name, mobile number but never call back. everytime i have to call them. one person (dont remember his name ) in that office just gave me his number and name and told me that if i want to complain, i can. he doesnt care. if this is what brand "TATA" means, i would better stay away from it 

Solution of your complaintpls give me the activated USB modem asap 
Actioni will go to consumer forum for sure
