I used a HDFC Bank Credit Petro card supposed to give me 2.5% Surcharge off.
I used it for Rs 100 for a total of 4 times. In the bill statement however I was given a outstanding Due of Rs 440. Taxes or whatever that was levied was never mentioned.
The mentioned items was such that I had used the card for payments of Rs 110 for 4 times.
Although mentioned on the site that the Petrol transaction charges will be applicable,
at the time of application I had clearly asked the employee whether I would be charged any other fees. The ignorant person had then denied but I have to suffer because of the Staff s ignorance.
I wow I will not pay the extra charges levied and will also get my application fees refunded or adjusted against my payments.
