There is a very big story since i purchased the Phone on 17th October 2007.After getting troubled a lot with the Sales persons false commitments of making the corrections in the said Moto Q - I wrote my first mail to Moto Q on 16th November 07.

Hi ! Hello .
This is Syed Masoom Raza over here.I have purchased Motorola Moto Q since last One Month.
I have been continuously contacting at the Toll Free nos. but the people listen to me & there is no reply at all to all my problems.
1.I Need Arabic Language which can be easily read out on my Phone.
2.How to Install Thrid Party Software - Please provide explanation.
3.Just have a check why i am not getting replies to my queries.

I have purchased this Cell phone out of money & it is a very hard earned money for me & I dont want to waste my money.

I am from Mumbai.

Please give a reply to my mail.
Otherwise I will go much further with this complain of mine if this is not responded on time.



Solution of your complaintI want my money back - or if Motorola is writing on their manual that Third Party Applications can be installed so this Moto Q must install all the Softwares which i have - Please catch hold of the Sales Person who sold this by saying all the false features in this Moto Q. 
ActionI dont know - as no body is in a position to resolve my problem.All motorola people are saying no third party application is supported in the phone , if this is done then the warranty will be void.I am in a fix ? what to do ?
