The IFB microwave we purchased in April 07 has stopped working for the second time since purchase. The last complaint registered with IFB (Complaint No. 1382426) on 9th Dec 07 has not been resolved. Our microwave is still not working and IFB has not responded to our complaints.
Shame on such a reputed organization.
