I have keep my mobile for repairing on 18/12/2007 to Redington India, Egmore Chennai. On 19th December 2007 I was informed it will take 5 days as it has some board problem. I have been trying land lines but either they are busy or phone not being picked. I personally went today, there was a poor response & worst was they are not able to promise me a date when I can have my mobile back after servicing. Please look into it.

All the manufacturers should take steps against the defaulting service centres and some mandatory norms should be set.
