DEAR SIR



1. I HAD PURSHASED WHIRLPOOL FRIDGE ICEMAGIC ELITE 220L ON 26 DEC 2002. WITHIN A YEAR PCB OF THE FRIDGE GOT FAULTY AND WAS REPLACED WITH OUT ANY COST. SECOND TIME PCB GETS FAULTY(11 NOV 2004) AND IT WAS REPAIRED AFTER CHARGING RS1850. THIRD TIME AGAIN GETS FAULTY (JAN 2007)



2. I HAD TRIED WITH LOCAL DELEAR TO GET THING REPAIR BUT BECAUSE THEIR CASUAL AND CARELESS APPROCH MY FRIDGE WAS NOT REPAIRED. FINALLY I HAD GIVEN COMPLAINT(COMPLAINT NO CH 0607008244) TO THE COMPANY CALL CENTER IN MONTH OF APRILL .EVEN THEN COMPANY RESPONCE REMAINS THE SAME.I HAD MAILED COMPLAINT TO COMPANY ALSO.



3. MEANWHILE BECAUSE OF MY SUSTAINED REMINDER DELERS REP HAS COME WITH THE PCB STATING THAT HE HAS RECIEVED A COURRIER FROM COMPANY AND WE WILL RECTIFY YOUR PROBLEM BUT HE WAS NOT ABLE TO DO SO



4. TILL DATE 24 DEC 2007 MY FRIDGE HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED. SIR YOU CAN IMAGINE HOW I WOULD HAVE SURVIVED IN THE PEAK OF SUMMER SPECIALLY I GOT 3 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER AND MY AGONY IS STILL CONTINUING.
