I am a pre-paid subsciber of Airtel(Maharashtra) and have been a valuable customer since September 2004.I was having dedicated voice balance on my mobile which was going to expire on 12-dec-2005(as told by the customer care no 123)but in the evening when I checked the balance I found that Airtel-to-Airtel local calls have been charged for 12th dec-2005.
When I called the customer care on 121 he said that your dedicated balance was expired on 11th but still on 123 it is stating that you have a dedicated Voice balance of Rs 41.74 which expires today(i.e. on 12th).
I want immediate rectification + compensation else I am gonna leave the services as well as seek other judicial paths.
Seek you help and would like to present this issue in a forum where many people can see and read it
Kindly look into the matter.
|Solution of your complaint||I want a compensation for this,If I wouldnt have checked my account then I wouldnt hv got to know about it,I feel cheated.This has happened to me before also but at that time I did,nt took any actions. |
