I have recently opted for Airtel Postpaid 199 plan. I had told ms Sakshi that I dont want to change my number. An agent of Airtel Came and to took 600 rs deposit and gave me wrong SImcard. After a week they de-activated my Pre-paid Sim card. When I enquired thy ask me to put the new sim card in my cell. However, my number was changes hence no one was able to me call me up. When I spoke to ms Sakshi regarding this on 24-Dec-2007, she tried to avoid my call and then transferred to Ms. Sarita. Ms. Sarita assured me that I will get my Sim card by courier on the same day. However I havent received the card till date.
Till then as on date, I have been calling them everyday and they are just avoiding my calls.
I called up the customer Care no :9892012345 and the customer care associates are having vey careless attitude.
I also visited the airtel gallary. They siad that they cant do anything, I will have to speak to the Dealer only.
I would like to know what are the Airtel employees paid for,just to have a mobile and sit in the offices comfortably or to attend the customers.
I would lke to provide you here below for you reference the names and phone no. of the dealers who I have been contacting and all these people never take the call once they know that the customer is having complaint ,either they switch off their mobiles or they disconnect the call.

I wonder if there is anyone who can help me out with the callous attitude of both Aitel and their esteemed dealers..
I have nearly wasted 10 days and called the AIRTEL ppl 4 times a day. If this is the way Airtel provides service then I must say Airtel will lose its business rapidly.
