After i bought my car, accidently one day i just happened to notice one defect which was very obvious at the first look. i.e when you happen to look at the roof of the car fron the front or the back you will see that there is a big gap between the top roof beading and the door. I noticed that in my car one side was perfect and the other side had a big gap. It initially gave me a feeling that this car had met with some accident and the door panel had been distorted which created this gap.
So during the first service, I brought this to the notice of the service guy. But later in the day he called me and said that this defect was there in all the swift cars and he infact even showed a few cars which were there in the showroon and all had this defect.
Im really shocked that such a defect had beed missed out by maruti udyog who claim to be best in delivering quality product. This is really bad and something has to be done to rectify this. Or I should get a replacement car which doesnt have this problem.
I bought this car from INDUS MOTORS, Kalamassery, Cochin, Kerala. The dealers have told me that they will take it up with Maruti Udyog, but till date i havent had any feedback from them.
Please update me on what can be done.

Solution of your complaint
Provide me a replacement car, as rectifying this problem may lead to further damage to the door. And i may have problems in the future.
Ill be very frustrated that i wasted such a big amount of money to get a product which is defectful. And i will also make sure that none of my friends or colleages get into this problem. Also, in legal terms i need to get a quality product, coz that is what you promise.
