I had purchased an airtel sim in the month of aug.Airtel had activated hallo tune sirvice in my mob:9890085446 without any information.after getting the activation sms i called the coustomer care 121(from airtel number)and given a request for deactivate the sirvice.The customer care exicutive told that this is a free sirvice for one month and after that they will de activate the sirvice.But airtel didnt deactivate the sirvice and it started deducting 30rupee/month as a charge for their hallow tune sirvice.I had complained many times at airtel customer care,but iam loosing 30rupee/every month.
