I had a Airtel postpaid number which was given for migration to prepaid on 1st dec, 2007 at the airtel counter in rajajinagar. Till today my sim is not active and i am not able to make or receive any calls. The customer care people are not able to give me a complaint number also since the number is neither pospaid nor prepaid now. Last week they told that my payment for the postpaid connection is still due for which i had provided my online payment details. But even then they are not able to help me. Every day they promise that my connection would be active on the same day, but there has been no result at all. My mobile no is 9980725790.
