I purchased my Samsung D900 and within months i suddenly noticed 1 day that the screen had cracked internaly, i have searched the web and many others have had the same problem with this phone. Due to the high volume of people with D900 handsets that ahve had the screen crack it seems obvious that the phone is not fit for purpose, but the repair centre claims that i ahve damaged the screen myself and they are asking 60 to repair the screen. This is unnacceptable because any pressure i have put on the screen is minimal and the phone should be built to withstand such pressure. My previous samsung phones have had exellent screens but this one is not up to standards. Common law states that a product must be fit for its purpose and that includes the screen. Manufactorers say that LCD screen breakages are not covered by the warranty but i believe that they are stepping out of line by enforcing that. 

Solution of your complaintFor samsung (or orange where i bought the phone from) to repair my handset free of charge as they are legaly obliged to.
