Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that I am using Airtel Connection from last 2.6 Yrs and I never found any grievance related to billing & Service. But From last 4 months I found problems in my bills and same is informed to Airtel. When I have not received any satisfactory answer. Your executives regarding the non-payment of bill called me. I have clearly explained the flaws found in the bills and same to be rectified. I ready to pay my actual bills containing the genuine calls.

Today i.e 29-dec-07, I have received a threatening call from AIRTEL Team Leader Named Mr. Rajiv Singh Chouhan regarding the non-payment of bill.
The Details are as under
No 919958117711 at 11:30 Am

He was sounding very harsh, abusive and also threatening me to make the payment by Today max 16:30, otherwise he will use my personal calls detail from my itemized bill and misuse the same.

I have hurt badly, and my whole day has wasted, even in evening I got an accident due to mental harassment Mr. Rajiv has told that If I will not pay the bill by today then he will use my personal numbers (as he told to some of my personal numbers) from my itemized bill and will misuse it.

In Evening he has again called me up and ask that have I paid the bill otherwise I will call to your personal numbers. I am feeling very insecure as I am far away from my nears & dears. As he is using my personal call detail it is totally illegal, how any company can use our personal information and misuse it.

This is a humble request to look into this matter seriously. Plz do the need full.

Solution of your complaintFirst of all I would like to be punish to the Airtel employee who has given me a lot of mental pain/harassment. Also the Airtel who canít keep secure his customers personal details. Airtel employee are using the customerís personal details and misusing it. And what else they are doing GOD knows... Plz do the needful. 
ActionIf I will get again any call from any airtel employee with this kind of attitude or if my any near and dear will get any call from Airtel side then I will log the FIR against airtel and its employee.
