We have raised the complaint of Machine not working properly very first week of purchase. Regularly after the logging of complain to our dealer /IFB service center, we approached to know the status and solution to get the problem rectification but till date we are in same situtation. Organization like IFB is not able to give us the concerte solution. Today situation is at the worst side. For your informatio the problems are
1. Lock of Door is broken(Service engg. when visited our place he said that this machine will work without lock dont worry we will soon replace the lock till that time please support us,and this the case of the month of june 07 till date we are waiting for him.
2. Water Outlet is junction is broken as per IFB Engg. it cannot be repalced and can only fix it with some adhesive.as it is made of Plastic.
3. Frequently sound occuring at the time of Spinning.and also clothes get torned.
There are many other problems that was highlighted to your engg as well as customer service center at the time of call logged.
|Solution of your complaint||My suggestion is that please replace the machine as it is now to much to bear. |
