I had booked two hotels through travelguru in Munnar and Cohin for 22nd dec 2007 and 24th dec 2007 respectively. But on 18th dec itself I informed them that I want to cancel this booking for this otheir Business Development head (Mr. Arun Paul- In banmgalore office) told me to put a mail to him at firstname.lastname@example.org with booking IDS and he will reassign this booking to some other person since it is a peak season. I did so and he informed on phone that the booking have been reassigned to some other person and I will be getting whole amount back. But from 18th dec I am contenously following up with them because I have not received any cancellation email or refund in my credit card. From last 10 days I am daily calling them for about 1 hr in their Mumbai office but always get a reply that we need to contact Arun Paul and we will revert back to you. I have talked with their managers Sanjeev, Shailash (Floor Manager), Cyrus (senior manager) in mumbai but no response.
Can you help me in filing a case against them.
