Mr Amit from Nehru place , head quarters of Samsung Service center
The cell phone E840 , was purchased on 29th Nov 2007 with bill ( 123/JP/6135) from Hotspot Janak Puri. On the very second day of purchase , the cell phone was not working properly and when the problem was reported to the showroom from where the phone was purchased , they told that they could not do any thing in that and I have to contact Samsung Service Center which is in District Center , Vishwadeep tower.
The phone was kept by them for 1 week but than again the problem was still there. Again it was reported to service center and again they kept it for 1 week.
Now the phone is getting off automatically and also gets heat up but no assistance is provided to us.
Please help us...please

We want to replace this cell phone as if the battery got burned , it may cause accident.
