I have a prepaid connection in airtel which i am useing it for 3years.i was told that if i make a call from mobile to mobile it will cost 75p/call after 10pm to 8am it will cost 39p.i use to reacharge my mobile for 6month validity.Nov 7 2007 i reacharged my mobile for one month validity [Rs.200] & nov-28-2007 i reacharged with one month validity [since i am out-of city] the show room people reacharged for Rs.123 which is called budged plane after that my call charged are changed to Rs.1/call for any mobile P.60/call for airtel mobile.I called to customer care to register a complaint they said that i have recharged for budject plane which is valid for 25-days after that i will get my orginal plan [which i was offered when i bought the card].Dec-27-2007 my validity expires so i reacharged for one year [Rs.2008],i called the customer care [2-01-2008] to check weather the base plane was activated,In customer care they said that there is no-plan [base plane] like that was announced by airtel to any of the customer i said to the agent that i have used this card for 3-years with the same offer,the agent refused.The call was disconnected at the middle of the conversation,i called the customer care again i explained the issue and request for the supervisor i agent said that the supervisor went for break & he will be back after 1hour and asked me to call back again the call got disconnected.I called again and i got the supervisor on-line here name is PRIYA she ask me to contact the airtell showroom which is at annanager.I went there and meet Mr.Saravanan who is the incharge for the prepaid complaint department,he guided me to contact the customer care no-121.I called the customer care on 3-01-2008 at 7:49pm and i spoke to one of the agent called Mr.Kumar i explained him the entire store and i request him to put the call to the supervisor who can resolved my problem he transfered the call to a blanck port wher i was in hold till the mean wile i went to the airtell showroom at annanager to tell them that i was in hold for nearly 1hour.Mr.Saravanan the incharged for prepaid complaint deparment started arrgumint that this type of complaint has to be raised only throught 121 he cant do any thing.He ask me to come on next day [4-01-2008] to speak about this because he has some other work to do.I requested hime to solve the problem which i am haveing but he refused and he said that i can complaint to any-one if i can.This is the way AIRTEL treat teh customer?????? 

Solution of your complaintI want the orgina plane which i was offered. 
ActionI will stope recomending AIRTEL . I will disconnect all my airtel connection [3-prepaid ,5-postpaid]
