i am ashwin wagh use your mobile postpaid service from last 1 year,i used airtel postpaid 299 celebration plan in april 2007,over to access bill i request to airtel customer care plz disconect my nuber 996757160.now from last one months from customer care pressure to me for pay bill amount 940 which is i dont used.
in this time i talk with "Ruby" on phone she s request me to pay billand shes also guide me if i have problem for access bill i can change my bill plan.i ready to do this,shes promise to me if i paid bill she s activatemy mobil no 9967571160 s incoming and out going service withnew plan name as "National Corporate R-CUG PLAN" .thats why i paid bill amnt 940/- by cheque. cheque no. is 671044, ON 31/12/2007 12:OO PM to shriniwas by sending ms Ruby,shes promise to me my no is activate in 1 hour after i paid bill amount.
Now tody i write to u on 4th jan 2008 till my mobile no 9967571160 is not activate.every time i call to ruby and she is promise to me my no. is activate within 1 hour .but still it is not done by she or Airtel,sometime she disconect my phne when i call to she.
Even on 3rd jan 2008 i went to Airtel gallery at Ac marcket,tardeo and i contacte to there Mr. sarfaraz, he also commited my mobile is activate within two hours but still it is not.
so plz i rquest to you plz get activate my mobile no 9967571160 as erliast as and get any stircke action with Ms Ruby and sarfaraz type employee who s commited to customer but give not satisfied services
