The Ajmer Auto Agencies charge me extra 2.25% on total bill as I have made payment via credit card. And a total of Rs. 3930.00 being charges instead of original bill amount 3844.0 where as there is no policy of extra chrages by any of bank on credit card payments. I have also confirmed it from the bank also from which I have taken the credit card. This is very serious affance and the person dealing on payment counter is also ruddely speaking in this regard. I am surprise to have such kind of business practice by such a Maruti Authorised Centre at Ajmer (Rajasthan). Pl. look into this matter immedaitely and not only my extra payment be given to me back and also necessary serious action needs to be taken against the service centres and also with the person dealing the matter.
I am also not saisiftied with the services being offered on that day as gift /free serivce but in the name of repiars they have charged of parts plus labour too. Secondly original defective parts being taken out by them not being given back to me or put inside my car. And it was so hurry situation also may be because of 31st Dec. But such kind of response create problem so I have decided not to visit the place again.
