To Whomsoever It may Concern.
I am kairav shah. I am not receiving incomming calls for the last 48 hrs. I called up the customer care and posted my complaint. According to them, there was a technical fault in their system and the problem would be resolved with few hours. Now its almost 2 days have passed and no result is seen. I am working with a travel related company and mobile phone is of utmost importance to me. I have tried every solution provided to me by the customer care executive but the problem still persists. Since last few hours, when I call the customer care, I hear a recorded message asking me to send an SMS. There is no Customer Care Executive to speak to me in person.
Kindly solve my problem at the earliest as I am facing lot of difficulties in my work.
