I have a serious issue with the postpaid connection of Airtel with the bill generation department. I have this connection for 3 months and I have been making payments of my pevious bills , but the organization does not have methodical or structural format for updating their systems and customer information for which I have been getting bills which cannot be possible. The updates given by the customer Service executive is not at all convincing and they do not have a valid explanation to give to the customer.
