i purchased a trouser from venfiled showroom in coimbatore ( tamil nadu) showroom located in stadium . without a single wash threads and fur like came out . i went and approached theshowrooom man , he was well versed with me that i had taken this trouser from there . he demanded for bill . i said i have disposed the bill for it is more than 20 days and i never thought it would happen so. i also requested him to verify in the bill book with specific date . he refused to do so . He then said he will ask his seniors and let me know in day or so. After 10 days i approached him that time he spoke to me very arrogantly and he said it is not comapnys fault it is i would have wantedly done this. thsi was big arugument and he knew i dont have bill he then he kept his point that i dont have bill so he wont change.
I said tag of venfiled company is there . he knows i bought from him .. then too..
I just left trouser in his counter with taking it saying you might need for himself
|Solution of your complaint||he could have taken his bill book and refered and madea duplicate copy of it .showroom person could have supported me get it changed from showroom . |
