I had booked an air deccan ticket on which the offer is going on. But the promotional code didnt get generated at that time. And from since then, i have been calling up the customer care but all in vain. Every time somebody picks up says to wait for 48 hours or 24 hours. Its almost 5 days now.
Can anybody please tell me, how many more days will it take to generate the promotional code? As, i want to book one more ticket on the same flight, Availability will be concern in the promo quota.
I have never experienced such a bad service from any of the organisation.
Till now, i have neither i have received any reply from your end nor received any promo code, and from past 6 days i am listening to the same answer " I am forwarding the request to the team with high priority basis and you will receive it within 24 hrs".
|Solution of your complaint||They should provide me the promo code ASAP or should return the booking amount without any cancellation fee. |
