I purchased the reliance data Card , for internet services (NO 9322661322) on 19th Dec 2007 after paying 9999/- in cash from reliance web world thane. After using my service for 15 days, suddenly my service got deactivated today morning. When i contacted the webworld, they told me that a bill of Rupees 854/- was pending against one of my earlier service dating 2 and half years back. I have not received any bills or written communication within this 2 and half years about the mentioned bill.
Even if it is assumed that the said bill for service 1 is pending my real furry is why did they sell the second service to me before settling my 1st service. Isnt this sheer blackmailing that i am made to pay some anonymous bills of which i have not details whatsover unless which my second service wont be activated? To top it of I have not received any sort of written communication about the same. when asked about the written communication the response I got was shocking. They said we tried calling you and when you were unreachable we smsed you. I have not received any sms whatsoever. They also said that we do not communicate such issues in written.
|Solution of your complaint||My service be activated with immediate effect and I be paid compensation for mental harrasement as well as the a compensation for lack of service. |
