Dear Sir/Madam
I am regular customer of tata motors I. I have got 7 no. Of indica and one safari dicore one of my indica car UP14 AD 0390 got accident 12 November 2007. I went to your autherised service center at ghaziabad body shop managar gave me on estimate of about Rs. 16000/- and asked me for 10-15 days. I visited there many time and at last I got my car after 40 day I have sufferd due to poor commitment behalf of your service center I paid them 18000 Rs. I am not satesfied with my car I told to Mr. K.K. DASS as a DGM NAWAB MOTORS GHAZIABAD in this matter and the behaviour of the workess as well as the manager and one lady employ RAJVINDER AS A RCM NAWAB MOTORS GHAZIABAD also misbehaved with me and told me that they could not satisfy me and I may appeal in the consumer court . Finaly I informed customer care puna as my car was creating trouble it was making noise and giveing jjerks. I went againe to the service center they told me that the pump was not working properly. I paid Rs .6000 /-invoice no NAWAB -GB- 0708-06590 DATED 03/01/2008 and I also paid Rs.18000/- invoice no. NAWAB M-GB-0708-06200 DATE 15/12/2007 and relaience insurance paid Rs. 66406/- actualy lumsum Rs.100000/- against my car UP14 AD0390 but my car is not working properly next day I got my car chek up MR .NAYAR AS MANAGER NAWAB MOTORS GHAZIABAD told machanine is not available pleas send your car next day and he is not coprate with me. Next day got my car and K.K. DASS told my driver the clutch is not working properly they again Rs . 10000/- paid . My car is not working properly even today .no body is geving me a satisfied answer as everyone is delaying the matter .its my humble request to you sir please look in to the matter seriously other wise I donot have any choice except going to the CONSUMER COURT. I there fore request you to look in to the matter and do something posetive against . Who are responseble for the situation . So that I may get rid of the problem . I shall feel highly oblidged to you
