I HAD BOOKED A TATA INDICA DLG ON 29-12-2007 THROUGH Mr. HAREN CHAUHAN (MOB. 9820538527 ) ON 29-12-2007 EMPLOYEE OF RGS AUTO UNDER THE COMMITMENT TO GIVE THE SCRARCH CARD WITH THE DELIVERY OF VEHICLE ON 04TH JAN.2008.WE HAVE RECD. THE VEHICLE WITH COMMITMENT TO ISSUE THE SCRATCH CARD ON NEXT DAY. FROM THAT DAY MR. HAREN / MR. GANESH ASSURING US TO ISSUE THE SCRATCH CARD ON NEXT DAY.NOW THEY ARE SAYING THAT WE WILL ISSUE ON MONDAY I.E. ON 14TH OF JAN. IN BETWEEN, THEY ALSO SAID THAT THEY WILL PROVIDE SOME ANOTHER GOOD GIFT IN PLACE OF SCRATCH CARD.

I HAVE THE COMPLIAN AGAINST THE TATA MOTARS / SHAMAN AUTOMOBILES / MR. HAREN FOR NOT ISSUING THE SCRATCH CARD.

INVOICE NO. DL03555 DTD. 31/12/2007 WITH ORDER NO. DL02252 DTD. 29-12-2007.
