i had purchased swift on 31st of dec 07 from BRIGHT 4 WHEELS LUCKNOW.Firstly they gave me the car without proper inspection by the mechanic,thus i had to face certain problems in driving my vehicle which was rectified when i went back the very next day.Another big issue is that inspite of all the formalites asked by them they are not providing me the number of my vehicle.The worst part is that there sales people do not pick up my phone and keep on avoding my call,when i approched the showroom they give me false commitment that they would be issuing the number after few days and again they turn a deaf ear.now i am frustrated with them and their attitude towards my problem.I strictly recommend that this distributor should be penalised for not keeping professional sales persons.
|Solution of your complaint||My solution should be that at least they should not give me false commitment and tell me a specific date and should aggresively find out the reasons for delay and get me my number. |
|Action||If i do not get my number in next two working days i would like to take help of consumer court. |
