Hi,

I had taken a Mutual fund from HDFC bank jakkasandra branch on 9th november 2007, they have given me a slip for that after a long time i came to know they have lost that form and cheque what i had given to them they didnt even inform abot this to me, i came to know about this when i visited the branch on 26th december 2007, and when filling my investment i have mentioned that as an investment, later i blocked that cheque it cost another 110 rupees to me.
It was really a painfull experience while dealing with HDFC bank employees i got very rude responces from them.
 

Solution of your complaintI want to file a case against HDFC bank i think this is the only way to let them know their accountbility.
