I have purchased Sify Broadband Service in the month of Feb 2007. From Feb 2007 continously I am facing the same problem again and again. There is the error of BB-108 Gateway all the time. Other than this there was not a single month in which I havent complained to Sify for there poor services. From my side I am regularly making my payments with zero defaults.
I also tried to reach head office with my complaint but they also dont respond. Even the customer care representatives dont respond properly.
So please help me out to bring these inefficient people on track. These useless guys just eating my money and not providing any services.
I told Mr. Anil that I will be going to the Consumer Court for such a poor performance but he just dont care and whenever I call him he never picks up the phone. He just dont bother to respond.
So please do something....
