I BROUGH A TATA INDICOM INTERNET CONNECTION FROM TATA INDICOM HUB,LUCKNOW CANTT.THE PLAN WAS PLAN 325/-.I BROUGHT IT ON 21 DEC 007 AND ON 04 JAN 2008 ie EXACTLY AFTER 13 DAYS,THE CONNECTION WAS CUT WITHOUT ASSIGNING ANY REASON.WHEN I APPROACHED R KAUSHLENDRA ,WHO HAD SOLD ME THE INTERNET CONNECTION I WAS TOLD MAYBE MY BILL HAD EXCEEDED MY LIMIT.LATER I CAME TO KNOW THAT MY BILL IS RS 2314/- AND THE BILL DETAILS SAY THAT I USED THE CONNECTION FOR 80 HOURS.WHEREAS I HAD USED MY BILL ONLY FOR 7 HOURS.THE CUSTOMER CARE CHAP TOLD ME THAT IF YOU DONOT DISCONNECT THE CONNECTION FROM THE SOFTWARE ,YOU CONTINUE GETTING BILLED,EVEN IF YOU HAVE PULLED OUT THE INTERNET DEVICE.PATHETIC STATE OF AFFAIRS AT TATA INDICOM I MUST SAY. 

Solution of your complaintADJUST MY BILL AND CORRECT YOUR SOFTWARE 
ActionTHIS IS CHEATING.NOW I AM FORCED TO FILE A COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER COURT IF NO ACTION IS TAKEN TILL 01 FEB.
