While availing the airtel post paid connection in february 2007, i have been asked by the officers in airtel showroom,madhapur,hyderabad to pay 150 as the activation charge and 300 as the security deposit amount. I have also been told that the 300 which is collected as the security deposit amount will not be refunded if the connection is disconnected before 6 months of availing the connection else which 300 will be refunded. Nothing like migration fee/enrollment fee has been communicated to me at that point of time. I have disconnected the connection by 15th Oct 2007 and i have asked the airtel customer care to adjust my bill amount with the security deposit amount which is to be refunded. But i got a reply that they have not at all collected security despoit amount from me. Instead they told 300 has been collected as the migration fee from pre-paid to post-paid. Airtel has the sytem of collecting the security deposit amount of 300 for individual connections. In case if the 300 is collected as the migration fee why has not the security deposit amount not collected from me. Even after sending so many mails asking them to call me for clarifications, i have not got any response from them. Airtel provides the worst customer care service accordign to me and it does not communicate the details to the customers. I consider this behaviour of airtel as cribbing. 

Solution of your complaintI want airtel to take this and provide me the resolution. Also i want the airtel to cancel the late fees which they are adding every month as because i have raised this issue by oct itself.
