I had purchased the above 2 wheeler on 24th March-2007 & have been giving for regular service to the dealer. During the 3rd Free service , I had some problem with the engine like getting off now & then . Then the dealer advised to clean the air filter while facing this problem & the 3rd service was done. After that the vehicle started giving out White smoke & the while I checked up the engine oil was getting dry within 2-3 days & I got it refilled with the same problem. I contacted the above said dealer & he assured that he will set it right by contacting the manufacturer - I had given the vehicle to the dealer on the 7th Jan-2008 & he had assured that it will be rectified under warranty & will be delivered in a week. However after my repeated request he finally tells me that the company is not accepting the warranty saying that I have driven the vehicle overspeed & has to be repaired with cost. In spite of agreeing to get it repaired the dealer promised me the vehicle delivery after repairs on Monday 14th Jan-2007, but regret to inform that he has been dodging the same till date. In fact the vehicle is with the dealer since 7th Jan-2008 till date. My first complaint is against the Manufacturer for having denied the warranty service & the second of their dealer.
