I am a Reliance Broadband customer. My Id is:348558640543. From the begining i am not getting good service from the company. Most of the time my internet connection showing limited or no connectivity. I called the customercare so many times. They never try to solve the problem permanently. Hardly it will work 2-3 days and again the same issue repeat. I spent thousands to call customer care from my mobile. In Dec-Jan i m facing the problem from 26th jan but the problem not resolved still now. When ever I am calling the customercare people only give me new issue id. Still now I got 9 issue number from the customer care but still the problem not resolved.
Due to this type of service I also raised a request to uninstall . But they dont care about it .
Every month I raise complain that I am not getting my Reliance bill . But they dont care about it and send soft copy of the bill to my mail id. Sometimes they send after calling so many times and inbetween the due date passed and they charge late fee also.
Some times the customer care people misbehave me also.(Once I called to some one called Mukesh and he misbehabed me).
So please help me if you can. I am mentally and monetary torture by reliance . I spend my valuable hours trying to get net connection. Lot of my office work also suffered .
So kindly help me out.

|Solution of your complaint||I want to uninstall my connection and want compansation of the time and money I spent. I want compansation of the mental pressure I got due to the problem. I also want compansation of the misbehave that made by the customercare person. |
|Action||I believe on you people. But if still the problem not solved I will go to court and spread the issue through mail to all over world and hope can make a loss of crores for reliance . |
