I have the Prepaid connection of Idea cellular i.e 9822716350, I have recharged my account by a E-recharge of 234 on 10 th jan,08 and while i have checked my account on 17th Jan. i was surprised that the amount of Rs. 175 is transferred to local call sub account inspite of refusal on receiving the call from your customer care executive.
after noticing such thing i called the customer care centre and asked them to revert back the amount in general, but inspite of his assurance account of rs. 175 not debited even after 72 hrs.
Here is not matter of Rs. not 175/- but it is a wrong practice (even our refusal of my consent) done by customer care executive. this type of act hamper your(IDEA) image in general public.
