We have taken the vehicle on 22nd Nov 2006 at evening 8.00 pm. that particular time Laxmi Cars (MiraRoad) was not having sufficient light facility even to check the vehicle properly we bought the vehicle at home after some days i.e in Dec when we litteraly removed car on the road as by the time our no place was not there, octori paper was not received so there was a delay of 15 to 16 days. we found that the tyre of the car has a cut. when we went for our first servicing we informed the person incharge of the servicing department. the answer we received was "Madam,speak to the marketing guys who hand over this car to you". When we speak to service guys he said the car comes from service people its their duty. Here one is blaming to other. but nobody is interested to solve the problem. If they check and give the vehicle then vehicles interior back lights screew was missing where did the checking department go when the light was litterary was handling. Now when i am putting press on the marketing guys they are says we will call tomorrow or by evening there tomorrow and eveing is yet to come .

I am really going to keep the cut tyre in the Laxmi Cars (Dealer of Marutis) office
