I booked an international return flight (kolkatta-dhaka-kolkatta) on YATRA.COM for my son as they offered a free airdeccan ticket with a purchase of international return ticket. On that ticket I request the Bom - kolkatta sector for the redemtion of the freee ticket. They confirmed the availibility of the ticket on my requested date and so they charged my credit card (I have the credit card statement for the same) and issued the below ticket. On the day I was unable to take this flight as the airline said this ticket is fraud.
I have been calling them since last 2 days but they have no satisfactory response to my complain.
Please guide me as how to go about with my case.
|Solution of your complaint||I want them to pay Rs6,500 for the ticket (Jetairways PNR JAIOMW) I had to buy at the last moment to fly from Mumbai to kolkatta as their ticket was fraud.
