The TVS Motor dealers make people really get furious the way they respond. Firstly there is no customer service at all. To sell their product they use all their techniques had offs.... to that. Since we customers are in need of a vehicle we find this is good. But when we start our service with them. They really take us on our veins.
As far as free service, they would not say any spare is worn out. Once it comes to paid service. They keep charging for en number of the spare parts saying its worn. Or some reason or other
And the worst thing they would say is, if you are not happy you do what you want? Because they think no one is there to question. Or otherwise they would take their crudge when we go there to service.
|Solution of your complaint||It would be really good if they attend to customers in a polite way. Instead of making use of our requirement when it comes to service. |
|Action||If no one cannot help? Then these people will not know their service value. until and unless they experience it themselves in a worser condition. |
