I purchase Airtel Post Paid mobile connection on 15/12/2007. After 3 days I am unable to make any outgoing calls. whenever i am trying to make outgoing this directly goes to Airtel customer care. No response from customer care. They said, we banned your outgoing services.
But they raise a bill for full month rent and inclusive of outgoing charges. i call the customer care and cancell the services on 18/12/07 but, at the time they said cancelled but still now they are not cancel my mobile they simply raise the mobile rental and other charges.
For cancellation i met the customer care by phone and directly to the porur customer care offier and also i inform who has directly met and give the connection also. but, no proper response.
My mobile no aloted by airtel is 9790915660. but, still they are cheting me, they not refund my intial payment.
in major think still now they are not cancel my mobile number. I am unable make any incoming and out going calls. still they want to cheat very nicely for raising their bills.
