i emailed the daily news several times about paying my bill online. 1.the website did not acknowledge my home address 2.the website would not let me create a accoount onlie because i did not have a userid and password. 3.customer service told me to sign up again even though i have an existing account,in which case i would be double billed!!1 i do not want to pay a bill ,i just want to set up an account.
