i had got call from airtel customer service department that my advance rental plan was going o expire soon.
So i asked them about new plans available over which i could migrate. They told me about two plans
plan 1 - advance rental RS999/year local calling @ Rs.050 per min
plan 2 - advance rental RS999/year local calling @ Rs 1.75 /min
When they explained me the plan i was interested in plan 1 and thus said them to activate the same plan (plan 1)
Then in the next bill i was charged rs 999 as advance rental for the plan.
Thinking that my new plan is now active i stopped using my other cellphone number for outgoing calls.
To my surprse i got a bill of over rs 2000 for next two months saying to me that my plan was not migrated and i was being charged @Rs.1.75/min
I am being harassed by them and also my numerous emails and telephonic complaints to them have not been entertained.
PLEASE HELP ME GET JUSTICE

|Solution of your complaint||All my last two months calls should be charged @rs.50 /min and additional chrges recoved and charged onto me should be reversed plus they should be sorry for not attending to my complaints
