Im an exsisting custmer of tata indicom ( 9246335055 )got connected in Hyderabad. Now persently im in chennai on a project . So, Im using this same number in chennai utilizing roaming facility of Tata Indicom. All of sudden my connection got bared on 28-01-08 without any notice. Inspite of that i went to near by Tata Indicom office to pay my bill but to my surprise Tata indicom office in chennai is not accepting my payment, according to them hyderabad bill should be paid in hyderabad only. And some how i managed to pay my bill in hyderabad before evening and requested Customer Care people to activate my connection but after 8 hr of my payment no one is taking responsibility to activate my account or to respond in a proper way to explain me the process. Infact they are not bothered to any any of my question instead disconnecting the phone. And when i tried to call them just before 30 mins. (now time is 1.30 am midnight ) No one is attending call ...i feel every one is taking a nice nap in the office and again when i called to chennai customer care and requested them to put on to hyderabad then they woke up to answer my question saying that ..things are in process..if this is the service which they are going to provide for the customer.
|Solution of your complaint||At least Tata indcom people should provide a notice to the customer before baring account. And should activate connection immediately. They are very very very prompt in disconnecting service and not even bothered to reactive the connection. |
|Action||If no action is taken over my complain then ..i will stop paying my payment of bill from next month and transfer my connection to better service.
